A Gem in the Hills Emerald Country Club Victoria Australia

Emerald golf course is a scenic undulating course that has been transformed from a private 9 hole course in the early to mid-1900’s to the beautiful but tight and challenging 18 hole public golf course it is today.
Being in my home town it is a place I like to enjoy as often as I can.
I chose to paint this scene from the 13th hole as from there I could give you a sweeping view from the 18th on the left across to the clubhouse centre and even a bit of the small dam far right. I added some life in this painting by including a small image of me and my mate Geoff pondering a long putt on a difficult green and some cars, carts and other people enjoying a warm day in a magnificent place.
I hope that you enjoy this painting of the ‘Emerald Country Club’ and can just imagine yourself on the course with a mate, on a warm day with a cold beer, letting the stresses of life melt away.
I do hope one day that you get to visit Emerald Country club and that you take the time to enjoy its beauty as well as your golf while there as much as I have done and will again. www.emeraldgolf.com.au
